Monthly Membership Payments with Automatic Renewals
How will I be billed? Will I get a receipt?
With the monthly autorenewal plan, you will receive a confirmation email and a mailed receipt for your first payment. In the following months, we will charge you on the same day of your initial payment (i.e. If you make your first payment on May 7, your next payment will be June 7). You will receive an email notification each month after we have charged your credit card. No receipts will be mailed for subsequent payments.
Will I get a membership card?
You won't receive a physical card, but you can access a mobile membership card at mycmpcard.org. On the card, you will have easy access to museum hours, member events and more. Your membership will be extended on a monthly basis when we process your membership payment. It may take up to one week for changes to reflect on your mobile membership card.
What if my mobile card doesn't work or has errors?

Does my caregiver need a membership card?
Because the mobile membership cards are limited to cardholders, we will send you a caregiver card in the mail. The card will allow your caregiver to come to the museums without your membership card, though he or she will need to provide a photo ID along with the caregiver card.
Can my child visit the museums without me?
Please contact the Membership Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 412.622.3314 so that we can arrange for your child(ren)'s visit. Children must be at least 12 years old to visit on their own.
Will I receive renewal information?
Because your membership is automatically renewed each month, you don't have to worry about renewal notices. We will send an email receipt each month to help you track the payments you have made.
What if my billing information changes?
You can visit the Gift Service Center to change your information. If your credit/debit card expires during your membership year, we will email you so that you can update the information.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
The support of our members is vitally important to the success of Carnegie Museums. But if you must cancel your membership, you can visit the Gift Service Center to end future payments.
